Ms. Yalla Swapna Naidu

Ms. Yalla Swapna Naidu, is an accomplished educational leader, school administrator and academic strategist, originally from Andhra Pradesh, with 15 years of experience in school administration, academic leadership and institutional development across Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka and other parts of India. She has served in leading international residential schools offering CBSE, ICSE and International Baccalaureate (IB) curricula.

She holds a B.Tech., M.Tech., B.Ed. and M.A. in Anthropology, and is currently pursuing an M.Ed. She has also completed a Postgraduate Diploma in School Leadership and Management. As a CBSE Resource Person , she contributes to Professional Development, Capacity Building and the Advancement of Effective Educational Practices.

Drawing upon her multidisciplinary educational background and extensive Administrative Experience, she has developed an integrated approach to NDA-oriented foundation training from Class VI onwards. This approach introduces cadets to the Fundamentals of Mathematics, Reasoning, General Knowledge, English communication, Aptitude, Discipline and Leadership at an early stage, laying a strong foundation for their future preparation for the National Defence Academy (NDA) and Other Defence Services.

During her tenure as In-charge Principal at a Government of Karnataka Sainik School, she worked closely with the district administration, leading key initiatives in institutional governance, financial planning and administrative policy development. Her areas of expertise include budget and expenditure management, framing institutional rule books, formulation of cadre and recruitment rules and comprehensive academic planning.
